The ajolote can regenerate limbs, organs, even parts of its brain!
Its name comes from Xólotl, the Aztec god who turned into this creature.
It symbolizes resilience, transformation, and hope
The Angel of Independence is one of Mexico City’s most beloved landmarks.
Rising proudly on Paseo de la Reforma, it celebrates Mexico’s freedom from Spain.
Built in 1910, it marked 100 years since the start of independence.
At the top, a golden winged angel holds a laurel crown of victory.It’s a favourite spot for celebrations and national pride
